The Chapman Corridor Advocacy Group is a grassroots coalition of Placentia residents united to protect the character, livability, and future of our community. We are committed to ensuring that any development along the Chapman Avenue corridor is transparent, responsibly planned, and reflects the voice and values of those who call this city home. In response to the Placentia Planning Commission’s aggressive rezoning proposal, we demand the reopening of meaningful community input and a complete restart of the planning process. Our mission is to advocate for thoughtful, community-driven development that preserves Placentia’s identity as “A Pleasant Place” – not an overbuilt urban corridor.
